Accessibility
How Relaymere works to make this website clear, navigable and usable across devices and assistive technologies.
Last updated: 11 October 2026Our approach
Relaymere aims to make this website clear and usable for as many people as possible. The site is designed for keyboard navigation, readable contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful headings, visible focus states, reduced-motion preferences and text enlargement.
We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical target for public pages and the enquiry flow.
What you should be able to do
You should be able to navigate the main content with a keyboard, follow the site structure with headings and landmarks, zoom or enlarge text without losing essential content, and use forms with visible labels and understandable feedback.
Current status
The site receives practical responsive and keyboard checks during development and release. We have not claimed full independent certification against a published standard. We continue to test representative pages and the enquiry flow with automated tools and manual keyboard checks.
Known limitations
Complex layout sections may be denser on smaller screens. Equivalent information is available in text on the related service and solutions pages. If a specific component blocks you, contact us and we will provide an alternative.
Requesting another format
If you need information in a different format, or need help completing an enquiry, contact Relaymere with the page or content you need and the format that would work for you. We will make a reasonable effort to respond and provide an accessible alternative.
Reporting a problem
If something is difficult to use, please describe the page, device, browser and assistive technology involved. Send the report to hello@relaymere.site. Feedback is used to prioritise fixes.
Review cycle
